Unable to Insert Assets from Component Library – Need Support

I am facing an issue while inserting assets from my component library, as it always shows an error message. I have tried the following methods, but none have worked:

  1. Cleared the cache of the Figma app.
  2. Closed and refreshed the file.
  3. Duplicated my Design System file and imported it into my file.

Despite these attempts, the issue persists. Could someone please assist me in resolving this?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, and thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot. We've seen a few cases where this error was caused by network settings.

Could you please try the following?

  1. If you're using a VPN, firewall, or proxy, could you try temporarily disabling them to see if that helps?
  2. Could you try connecting to Figma from a different network, like your mobile hotspot, to see if the issue persists?
