Hello, 

I’ve been trying for two weeks to reverify my student status. 
At first, I received the error that writes, 'We are unable to verify you at this time. If you believe you received this in error, please contact SheerID support.'

I contacted SheerID, but they only emailed that they were unable to process my verification request. They didn’t provide any solution. 
 

I retried verification on Figma, and received this error: 

Verification Limit Exceeded

We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.

 

 

Could you please resolve this or reset my verification limit? 
Apparently, my friends and many others on this forum had the same issue, and had to individually submit this request.
