If you're seeing the “Try again” message, refreshing the tab after a short wait may help. Since you’ve already contacted support, feel free to reply to your ticket if the issue still persists — your support ticket will reopen automatically. Hope this helps!

If you’re still seeing this issue after trying the steps @Celine_ shared earlier, could you let us know whether you see a Fix for me button or if typing “Fix these errors” into the Ask for changes dialog gives any more clues in the Reasoning response?
