I'm encountering an issue in Figma Make where I tried to undo changes by restoring previous versions.  However, each attempt results in a "reasoning" or "try again" notification, and nothing seems to change. I'm now stuck and unable to revert or move forward.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions on how to resolve it or force a reset to a stable or even published version?

Hey @wkhankk ,
Thanks for flagging this! As a temporary solution, you can check out common errors and solutions in our guide: Troubleshoot AI tools in Figma

If you're seeing the “Try again” message, refreshing the tab after a short wait may help. Since you’ve already contacted support, feel free to reply to your ticket if the issue still persists — your support ticket will reopen automatically. Hope this helps!

Hey @HV123 — welcome to Figma Forum, and thanks for flagging this. If you’re still seeing this issue after trying the steps @Celine_ shared earlier, could you let us know whether you see a Fix for me button or if typing “Fix these errors” into the Ask for changes dialog gives any more clues in the Reasoning response?

Also, @wkhankk — can you confirm if you’re still encountering this, or share what helped you get unstuck? Really appreciate you jumping in and sharing your experience while we continue working on improvements here.

If you’re both still hitting a wall, our Technical Quality team can take a closer look. You can start that process by filling out this secure form and including:

  • the link to this Forum post for context
  • a link to the file where this is happening
  • “Can edit” access granted to support-share@figma.com for the impacted file
  • a screen recording showing the issue in action.

We’ll make sure it gets unblocked as soon as possible — please keep us posted!
