Hi @SNOVA , sorry you're running into this! A few things worth trying first:

  • Refresh the page or restart the Figma Desktop App if you're using it.
  • If you're using the browser, try opening the file in an Incognito/Private window or another supported browser.
  • If you're using the Desktop App, make sure it's up to date (Figma →  Check for updates).

You can also take a look at our troubleshooting guide here.

If the issue persists, please submit a bug report so our team can investigate further: Go to the Support Hub > Click Start a chat> Type "Report a bug" > Press Enter and follow the prompts.

When submitting the report, please include:

  • The file URL where you're seeing the error
  • A screenshot or screen recording of the issue
  • Whether you're using the Desktop App or browser
  • Your operating system

That information will help our team investigate further. Thanks!

Hi @SNOVA, Celyn here stepping in for @Celine_

Just a heads up that I've merged your post from the other thread into this one to help keep everything in one place.

I'm sorry to hear that the investigation is taking longer than expected. I understand that waiting for an update can be frustrating, especially after several days.

We really appreciate your patience in the meantime, and we'll be in touch as soon as we have more information 🙏

I encountered the same issue. Despite following the steps mentioned above, I still receive this prompt: "Our team is looking into it now. If refreshing the page doesn't work, check our status page for updates."
How can I solve it
