[Resolved] Figma Make and Figma Sites preview and publishing not working

Our team is currently investigating an issue causing intermittent failures when publishing and previewing, as well as accessing published sites and makes.

I am working on a prototype on figma make for past 3-4 weeks. Now the preview section is not loading. Just getting blank dialog box. Here are all the things i tried:
 

  • Reloaded mutiple times
  • Logged out and log in again
  • Tried on both Chrome & ios figma app
  • Created a copy and opened

Go to <> code, check that the index.css and main.tsx files exist. If they don't, recreate them. If you downloaded a copy, right-click and select New File. Copy and paste the name. Locate the copy and copy its contents to the new file. If you didn't download a copy, ask the AI ​​to create the files.

Update
Monitoring - We have implemented mitigations for the earlier disruption caused by the Cloudflare outage. Publishing and previewing Figma Sites and Make files, as well as accessing published Sites and Makes, should now be working as expected. We are continuing to monitor to ensure full recovery.

I am Using Figma Make and i am unable to see the preview of the file i was interacting with. Also after publishing it shows blank. Can you help i have an urgent demo tomorrow which would be blocked due to this issue.

You can do this directly within Figma by selecting the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of Figma and selecting Contact support.
