[Resolved] Figma Make and Figma Sites preview and publishing not working

i worked on figma make - and created a flow - suddenly now it becomes blank - blank white screen - even older version figma files are not working

    My Figma "Make" preview stopped working suddenly about 30 minutes ago

    . The preview page is now completely empty.

    I've already tried:

    • Checking for problems with the "Make" tool.

    • Duplicating the file.

    • Restarting Figma and my PC.

    • Publishing the file (which failed).

    I have a presentation soon. How can I fix the empty preview page without losing all my work?

    I’m building the live prototype for our platform, and in the last 3 hours this preview issue has happened 3 times. It’s getting really frustrating because we have an upcoming demo to showcase, and I’ve been trying to fix it by generating prompts through ChatGPT, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

     

    ​@Celine_  could you please suggest the correct steps to properly reset the preview?

    I have the same issue, I thought it would be directly a cloudflare issue.

    I am having the same problem too - nothing showing and I have a meeting shortly to review.  I can’t be creating this from scratch as it took me hours

     

    PLEASE HELP.  I filed an urgent ticket too waiting for HELP

    Same problem here. I’ve done a hard refresh, logged in via Incognito mode, tried to start a new make, no luck. Just blank. The code is still there, just not the preview.

    the same happend couple minutes ago, in all prototypes, even then new ones. The preview is blank. The input responds. The code is there. The issue is with the blank preview in all figma make files
