My published figma sites are not working because of a 500 error, is this an error on figma’s side?
Hello thier team figma since a couple of day I am not able to use figma make I am able to give prompt and can even see code of the project but I can’t see the prototype and even if I see it when I try to interact with it it gives me a popup saying that the page is not responding wait or exit the page
This is happening with me too. Very frustrating, I was excited to work with Figma Make but I’m no longer confident or comfortable with using the software because work seems to vanish.
I’m experiencing repeated issues with Figma Sites and I would appreciate your help.
Over the past few days, my site preview and published site keep failing to load.
In many cases, the preview gets stuck indefinitely or crashes, and when I publish the site, the live URL returns an error instead of loading the page.
Nothing seems to fix the issue, and the site crashes almost every time I try to preview or publish it.

I have created a prototype using Figma Make yesterday it was all working fine, now I have opened it today and its just a white screen where the prototype should be. I have tried in the app and in the broswer, in edit and preview views and its not showing. I also made a copy and thats not showing either.
Figma Make preview was working fine until 30 mins ago(til ver 41) and then suddenly showed an empty page.
Below is what i’ve tried but didn’t work
Worked so many hours to get here and need to perform a presentation but it went down from nowhere :(.. Do I need to start this all over agian..? Pls resolve this issue

My Figma "Make" preview stopped working suddenly about 30 minutes ago
. The preview page is now completely empty.
I've already tried:
Checking for problems with the "Make" tool.
Duplicating the file.
Restarting Figma and my PC.
Publishing the file (which failed).
I have a presentation soon. How can I fix the empty preview page without losing all my work?
Hello, Same exact case for my team, our Figma Make files are blank now
I’m building the live prototype for our platform, and in the last 3 hours this preview issue has happened 3 times. It’s getting really frustrating because we have an upcoming demo to showcase, and I’ve been trying to fix it by generating prompts through ChatGPT, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
I have the same issue, I thought it would be directly a cloudflare issue.
I am having the same problem too - nothing showing and I have a meeting shortly to review. I can’t be creating this from scratch as it took me hours

Same problem here. I’ve done a hard refresh, logged in via Incognito mode, tried to start a new make, no luck. Just blank. The code is still there, just not the preview.
