It’s working for us now. Can see the projects.

I can see the projects, but when I open some of them, I see just white screen, and parts of UI.

Quick update:

We continue to make significant progress recovering our systems. Error rates are still elevated for some users as we continue to apply our mitigations to all impacted servers.

You can monitor status.figma.com for real-time updates.

Files finally loading in for me, but I seem to not be able to work within my own files!?

I have been facing this issue since last night. I have case study due smh. Sometimes if you move the file (that is if any menu loads for you) it'll temporarily work but then it goes back to this if you reload or relaunch

Thanks so much for your patience!

Our Engineering Team has resolved the issue where Figma services were degraded or unavailable due to a previous impact from AWS and other dependencies.

Please fully refresh Figma, and if you continue to experience any issues, reply here with details — we’ll be happy to take a closer look.

Ketan Kakkad

When attempting to start the app, it gave a message “Update failed” or something like that. Then I would get blank window every time I started. So uninstalled Figma Agent - can’t even uninstall Figma app - getting this error.

Hi @Ketan Kakkad,  Thanks for letting us know you’re having an issue with the Figma Desktop app.

Could you please try using Figma in a browser instead to see whether it works? Our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

Jeremy Durrance

I am still experiencing issues with Figma, but only in Google Chrome. When the page loads, from any logged in state, I am able to see the page, but not interact with it in any way. Cannot interact with The page does not even reflect a hover state in the sidebar menus

Hey @Jeremy Durrance, thanks for letting us know!

That’s definitely odd. What OS are you using and is your Chrome up to date?

And to be sure, is Figma still working as expected in the desktop app and other browsers?

With more details, we can flag this over to the team to investigate.

Jeremy Durrance

Hi @djv Chrome is up to date (Version 141.0.7390.123 (Official Build) (64-bit)). Windows 11. I don’t use the desktop app, but it works in Edge just fine.

Hey @Jeremy Durrance, thanks for your patience!

Our team hasn’t been able to reproduce the issue on Chrome, and it is working for me, but I am on a macOS.

Have you refreshed your Chrome tabs since yesterday morning? And are you still having the issue?

Jeremy Durrance

Hi @djv it seems there’s an invisible iframe loading that covers the entire viewport, preventing me from interacting with the view underneath. When I select it with the page inspector and set it manually to display: none, I’m able to interact with Figma. But I have to do this every time the page loads.

The iframe appears to originate from your app. The document origin is listed as https://sprig.figma.com and seems to just contain a few scripts. One of them has src=”https://cdn.sprig.com/shim.js?id=YWwyCyGyqg
