Hey everyone, checking in here to let you know we’re still closely monitoring this issue.

Update: Our engineering team has identified that failures with AWS and other dependencies are causing today’s disruptions. Some Figma systems have been restored, and work is ongoing to bring the remaining services back online.

We’ll post another update as soon as there’s significant progress. In the meantime, you can monitor status.figma.com for real-time updates.

It says I have no branches when I click on SEE ALL BRANCHES on my desktop version (Mac). But it’s fine on the web. All branches that I already had opened on desktop appear to be fine though.

Same here, i work with 4 different accounts and neighter works, is there a time frame for this to be fixed?

My libraries still not loading for me and I am getting errors on all my elements and components “you’re not allowed to copy this file” here in Sydney Australia, its already the 21st of October and the AWS outages was yesterday. Don’t blame shift just resolve ASAP!

Hello, I can’t see my UI toolbar anymore nor my projects on the home page. I have an exam in 2 days and i have to finish my code but im unable to work at all on my projects without the toolbar or is it just me ?

Here are the problems I have encountered:

➔ error 503
➔ error 504
➔ «Some changes won't be synced until Figma is able to reconnect» — top left, above the name of the design-file
➔ there is no toolbar in the lower central part of the canvas
➔ it takes a very long time to download the design-file
➔ also, the left menu with a list of pinned projects and the top menu with a list of design platforms are not loaded

The prototypes are not loading (stuck infinitely at the end of the load bar) and the export section is gone. Right when I needed to export & screen record my prototype for a presentation...

I’ve been running into issues for homepage loading for hours today. Both desktop and web version won’t load the homepage. Is this because of the AWS outage or just my own issue?
