Request to Recover Missing Draft Files of Admin User

Hello Figma Support Team,

I am the owner of a Figma team that was previously deleted and then restored. After the recovery, one of my admins [redacted] reported that some of their draft files are missing. These files are not visible in their Drafts or in the Trash.

Details:

  • I am the team owner.

  • Admin account: [redacted]

  • The team was deleted and then restored.

  • After recovery, several important draft files belonging to this admin are missing.

Could you please help us check if these missing draft files can be restored from your server backups? These files are very important to our ongoing work.

      There is a feature that allows Admins to manage drafts from users who were removed from a team. We recommend checking the Admin section of your Figma account to see if the drafts are stored there.

      If you still can’t locate these files, can you please share any file URLs or file names you still have access to? These may still be accessible through previous communications with collaborators or in the browser history. This information will help us investigate the issue further.”
