[Monitoring] "Something went wrong" in the prompt box on Figma Make → https://status.figma.com/

The file I am using with Figma Make is stuck, I keep getting this message: Something went wrong. (Try Again) Request ID: 5fa1baa9-f55a-4c79-8749-2e053f8b7f08. I’ve already:

logged in and out of my account

cleared the cache

&
logged in using an incognito browser

How do I get out of this loop and continue working on my file?

Hi there,

A fix has been implemented, and prompting in Figma Make should now be working.

Could you please fully refresh Figma and let us know if it’s working now?

Hey @BrainyBoone , thank you for flagging it! Our support team can take a closer look at your case.

When you have a moment, please submit a bug report. To do that go to the Support Hub / Click Start a chat / Type “Report a bug” / Include a direct URL to the file, and please share your impacted file with support-share@figma.com and grant "Can View" access. This allows us to reproduce the issue and investigate with Engineering.

Hey @Ai 密法狮-3 — thanks for providing that screenshot, appreciate you flagging this.

Were you able to try again since you last posted here? Due to the generative nature of Figma Make and AI models, occasionally a prompt will fail for an unknown reason. If it's still happening, try duplicating the file and start prompting again in the copy. For more details on this, have a look at this resource: Troubleshoot in Figma Make → Error messages.

If, after that, you're still unable to move forward, please submit a bug report, and our Product Support team will be able to take a look behind the scenes. Please let me know if you have any trouble getting through. 🙏🏻
