Hello, I'm having a problem with Figma Make. I've submitted a support request, and I see that everyone is getting a response, but my request, which I submitted over 30 minutes ago, hasn't been answered.

I have two projects with Figma Make. Both of them used to be viewable with the real-time preview, but now they're not. I've sent prompts with Figma Make and spent a lot of tokens, and the project has been edited randomly. Now it's not working at all. I've already sent the URL and shared my "CAN EDIT" project with Figma support, and I don't know if I have a support ticket number. I need help; I'm stuck on this, and I urgently needed to finish the MVP today to give a presentation.

I think I'm experiencing some bugs, and I've also spent an excessive amount of tokens. I would appreciate your help. I've tried everything to get the preview back and finish my project, but it's impossible. I've also noticed in the community that I'm not the only one experiencing this; it seems to be a widespread issue. There's something wrong with your product. I need a solution to continue and a possible refund of tokens for the erroneous spending. How can I send all the necessary information so that the customer support team can verify the errors/bugs?
