HELP I CANT SEE - I GET M2 ERROR

I'm having a major problem developing a web application with Figma Make. Everything was working perfectly up to version 13, and currently, it's been a waste of tokens with no real solution. I've lost over 348 credits due to this issue, which has only generated more errors. I'm trying to restore my editor view in Figma, but I keep getting an M2 error. I've refreshed the page, cleared cookies for over 24 hours, and restarted my browser and computer, but the problem persists. I don't want to do anything else until I get a solution. I've only been using this product for less than 48 hours, and this problem has already occurred.

Estoy teniendo un gran problema con un desarrollo de una aplicación web con figma make, todo estaba perfectamente hasta la revisión / version 13 hasta la 19 ( actualmente),  ha sido un gasto de tokens innecesario sin una solución real, he perdido con este problema más de 348 creditos entre ese lapso que unicamente genera muchos mas errores, trato de restaurar la vista de mi editor en figma pero me aparece un error M2, actualice la pagina, borre cookies por más de 24 horas, reinicie el navegador y ordenador pero el problema persiste, no quiero seguir haciendo nada más hasta obtener una solucion, apenas llevo con este producto menos de 48 horas y me ha ocurrido este problema

Hi ​@GabrielCANARIAS - apologies if your work has been delayed. I saw that you had created another topic about this, so I closed that one and will assist you here.

The message you're seeing here is sometimes caused by networks blocking sites that are required to load the preview. 

You also posted in another topic that you were experiencing an issue that was similar to other report here
 


As a next step, can you confirm that you are able to access (and/or whitelist) the sites listed:
*.figma.com
*.figma.site
*-figmaaipreview.site
*awswaf.com
esm.sh
jsdelivr.net
 
In addition, some other steps that have helped with issues of Previews not loading correctly:

  • Open the file in a different browser
  • Switch to full-screen preview to see if it loads there
  • Click the "refresh preview" button inside Make
  • Create a copy of the file to see if it loads correctly
  • If not, create a copy and revert it to the previous version (one version back)
