Whenever I try to publish a file to the Community, I encounter an error that prevents the file from being published. I’ve attempted multiple files, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me understand why this is happening and assist me in restoring my ability to publish to the Community?

Thanks

I am having the same problem and so is someone else I work with.

The issues modal doesn’t show up anymore and there is nothing in console explaining why it won't publish

Same Here although I can Publish with my other account, I do believe maybe my current account is flagged from publishing designs

I’m having trouble publishing my file. Everything was working fine yesterday afternoon, but I’ve been unable to publish since this morning. I’ve already verified that all text layers are using Google Fonts, but the issue persists. Are there any other potential causes or troubleshooting steps I should try?

Hey all (and thank you @Celine_) -- wanted to drop another update.

As she mentioned, we are still actively continuing work on it. There was a regression that happened shortly after the original fix. Will continue to update here.

Also, very appreciative of your patience. We know this may be delaying your work, and we’re working hard to get this resolved ASAP.

Since last two I am not able to publish. Yesterday it worked for one time in between and then again started failing.

Not able to go live due to this.

Hello,

I’m currently unable to publish or update my Figma Make project. I have been encountering this issue for about a day now. Yesterday there was a similar problem that seemed to be related to ongoing Supabase service issues, and it was resolved after some time. However, now publication still fails without any clear error explanation after the last prompt.

Could you please clarify why this is happening again? Is this related to ongoing Supabase maintenance or another system issue? I need to publish updates because this is actively blocking progress on my project.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hey everyone, Celine from Figma here, working closely with @ksn . Thanks for following up!

We’re currently investigating the root cause of the issue and will share an update as soon as we have more information. Thanks for your patience and understanding while we look into this.

Hi!
We’ve been facing the same issue for the past three days. Is it possible to receive a notification when the issue is resolved?

No matter what I do this is all I end up with.

Same😭The staff replied that they had begun to investigate the issue.... But this really bothers me a lot. Now I've changed my approach: I uploaded the code to github and then deployed it using a website called cloudflare.
But I still hope figma can be updated as soon as possible.💔

Hey everyone, here’s the latest update:

Identified: We have identified the issue impacting some users when publishing Figma Makes created before December 16, 2025 or Sites with code components.

This is due to an intermittent issue with the service used for accessing code package dependencies used in Figma Make and Figma Sites: https://github.com/esm-dev/esm.sh/issues/1294#issue-3866491297. We are actively working to mitigate the issue.

Feel free to keep an eye in our status page: Figma Make Publishing Disruption. Thanks for your patience!

Hey @deeki , I’ve merged your response into this thread so everything stays in one place and it’s easier for everyone to follow the latest updates.

I can see your support ticket on our end, and the Technical Quality team is currently waiting for your reply so they can continue investigating. Please check your inbox when you get a chance. Thanks so much!

I am not able to publish my work and it has been constantly giving me the same error since last 3 days now. Before that everything was running smooth then all of a sudden how come this issue has been impacting the application when the issue was raised since 16th of December. Also, if this issue was raised back in mid December, why there has been no fix on this issue yet. Kindly look into it on priority and provide me with a solution for this issue. I would like to escalate this issue further.

As a business professional, here is my suggestion. FIGMA, roll back to the last known good revision, and figure out your issues in DEV. Don’t force your broken code and bug on your users, while you try to work things out.

I had the same problem, getting the error message that doesn’t allow me to Publish. I tried moving everything to Github and deploy it from there (I’m no expert on github or coding in any way). Github AI told me to deploy my site using https://app.netlify.com/
Couldn’t do it BUT the AI diagnosis from Netlify told me one of the main issues was missing SVG files on certain .tsx file.
So went back to Figma Make, copied the diagnostic and ask the AI to try fix it with that information and IT WORKED! Ai found several fake svg files. After fixing that issue Figma allowed me to Publish my Prototype.
Hope it helps you in some way guys!
