Figma Make Preview not working / showing any of the designs generated

The so far generated designs are not showing up in the preview panel. Refer the attached screenshot for the reference.

    im also having big problems with my prototype, ive had to try and prompt it to display imagery 6+ times and still it picks and choose when it shows them or not. any ideas how to fix?
