Hi @Nandakishore S

I understand that the generated designs aren’t appearing in the preview panel.

To get started with troubleshooting, could you please try the following steps:

  • Click “Refresh preview” at the top of the preview panel and check whether the changes to your prototype or web app appear.
  • Refresh the page, then prompt the model again.
  • Duplicate the Figma Make file and try prompting again in the copied file.

For more details, please refer to the guides below:

If you’re still experiencing the issue after trying the steps above, please share the following so we can investigate further:

  • The steps you’ve already tried and the results
  • The URL of the file
  • A screenshot showing the entire Figma screen

Once we have this information, I can connect you with our team for further investigation if needed.

Alternatively, you can file a bug report directly by following the instructions here: What to share in a bug report to Figma Support

To do this, open the relevant Figma Make file and select “Contact support” from the (?) icon in the bottom-right corner. Enter your question and click Start Chat—the chatbot will guide you through opening an email case with our Support team.

Thanks,

Hi @Nandakishore S,

You already have a direct conversation ongoing with Joann in your dedicated support ticket. To help us assist you as efficiently as possible, please continue the conversation by replying to the ticket email rather than posting additional updates here on the forum.

Joann has already replied to you, so please check your inbox and respond directly in the ticket. Keeping the conversation in one place is the fastest way for us to move this forward.

Once the issue is resolved, you’re more than welcome to come back and share what you learned from the ticket with the community, if you’d like. I’ll also keep an eye on your ticket.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
