Figma Make preview don´t shows anything

I have same issue too, could not see any preview from my figma make design for my recent prompt

The users in this thread were affected by an ongoing service disruption last month, so your issue it likely separate. 

When did this start happening in your Make file? Did the file already have a lot of previous prompts submitted before the issue began? Is this happening in all of your Make files or just this one in particular?

Thanks for getting back to me.

When did this start happening in your Make file? It started a few days ago.

Did the file already have a lot of previous prompts submitted before the issue began? Not many, just a few.

Is this happening in all of your Make files or just this one in particular?  Not all, but some of them has, I tried a new make file, it seems all right, but the exsiting ones still don’t not work.

Since the main issue has been resolved (from this thread with Zscaler service disruptions) but some existing Make files are still affected on your end, the best next step is for our Support team to review those specific files directly.

In the meantime, you can try these workarounds:

  • If refreshing the preview still doesn’t work, try refreshing the page and then prompting the model again.

  • You can also duplicate the Figma Make file and start prompting again in the copy to see if that helps.
