After reviewing what you’ve described, here are a few things that might help right away:

1. Can you confirm that your browser meets the minimum requirements?

2. Also, what version of the Figma Desktop App are you running? If you haven’t already, please make sure you’re on the latest version (currently 125.4.9).

3. If you can, try opening and working with the file on a different device to see if the issue persists.

• a link to the affected Figma Design file

• edit access granted to support-share@figma.com.
