Critical Issue – Missing Figma Files

I hope you are well.

I am facing a problem with files in Figma that have been under development for some time. Upon accessing the platform this morning, I discovered that the files have completely disappeared.

I checked the following areas:

Drafts
Deleted Items
Trash

However, none of these options contain the files in question.

I urgently request your support to locate or recover these files, as they are part of a development project by the development team and will be presented to the client next Thursday.

Furthermore, I would like to point out that this is the second time this same file has disappeared, which increases concerns about data integrity.

I await your response as soon as possible.

Hey ​@Israel Manuel, really sorry for the delayed response!  

I can see from your support ticket that the team has restored your file “Impressa Nacional.” You should now be able to find it in your Drafts and access it right away. 

From there, you can move it back into a shared project and re-invite any collaborators as needed. This guide may help with those steps: Move a file.

If you have any further questions, you can also follow up directly on your support ticket and the team will be able to assist you there.

I apologize, but I checked again and the "Impressa Nacional" file still doesn't appear in my drafts. If possible, could you please double-check or give me more guidance on where I can find it?
