Credit card charges do not match invoices

Billing Qs

Hi -  

I need to contact Figma support, we are being invoiced on a monthly basis, however the charges placed on our credit card are up to double the invoice value in the billing portal.

We need invoices to match charges otherwise we must charge back the transactions.

Any idea who can assist with this type of query. Thanks.
