Couldn't reach server, try again in a Try again minute

As I mentioned in my previous reply, what makes this issue particularly tricky is that the “Couldn’t reach server” error doesn’t come from a single root cause. It can be triggered by a range of factors, in some cases only on Figma’s side. Because of that, there isn’t one universal fix that resolves every instance of this error all at once.

One thing that has helped in some cases is switching the AI model used in Make to see if the issue is model-specific. You can find steps for that here: Select an AI model to use in Figma Make.

Credits are only consumed when Make successfully performs work in response to a prompt. If a request fully fails and no output is generated, credits shouldn’t be deducted. If you believe credits were used incorrectly, the support team can review that with you.
