Hey @CreativeMind ! Celine from the Community Support team at Figma here.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I can see that you've already updated your proxy configuration, but *.makeproxy-c.figma.site is still showing as Blocked in Figma's Network settings. Please try first to force-quit and restart Figma to see if that helps.

If not, since you've already gone through the recommended network configuration and the issue persists, I'd recommend submitting a bug report so our team can investigate further.

    Please include:

    • The screenshots you've shared here.
    • The operating system you're using.
    • Whether this occurs in the desktop app, browser, or both.
    • Confirmation that you've already updated your proxy configuration and restarted Figma after making the changes.

You can submit a report through the Support Hub by typing "Report a bug, Contact an agent’, then clicking Start a chat , select Enter and following the prompts.

Our team will be happy to take a closer look. Thanks for taking the time to provide the details!

Hey everyone, I’ve got great news!

The issue should now be fixed, please refresh or restart Figma to ensure you're on the latest version.

If you’re still unable to load Make previews, it’s likely due to network restrictions. Check your network settings and make sure required domains are allowlisted (you may need help from your IT team). The network settings modal can also help identify any blocked requests.

Let me know if the fix resolves your issue!
