Hi Tom! Thanks for your reply.

I am a student at the University of Southern California. I should still on be Professional Plan, but it looks like I’m back in the Starter plan. I’m assuming it’s because I missed the Sept 29th deadline to re-verify? Does this mean I have permanently lost access to Professional plan features? :(

Hi, thanks for your response. I tired verifying through that link you gave, but after filling out my information, I get:
