I’ve tried many times to verify my student status, but it didn’t work. I received an email from SheerID asking me to “finish everything,” but when I click the button, it says: “This verification has expired. Please submit a new verification.” When I try to verify again, it says I’ve exceeded the limit.

I thinking it’s because I clicked the link only a few days later and the time expired.

To resolve the “Verification Limit Exceeded” message, the best next step is to contact the SheerID team directly here, as they can reset your verification attempts. Since Figma isn’t able to manually review documents or confirm eligibility, SheerID is the right team to help.
 
SheerID may also contact you by email for additional information or documentation, so be sure to check your inbox (replying directly to their message, rather than starting a new ticket, will ensure your application continues moving along.)
