Hello,  I recently submitted my public OAuth app for review, and have included a testing URL and detailed instructions for the team to test with, but I had a fundamental question about testing - if the app is not approved, that means the OAuth flow will only work for my own account (i.e. the same account that submitted the app). For the OAuth flow to work for any other Figma login, the app has to be published in public mode. If that is the case, how will the review team be able to test the app before it is approved? What am I missing here?

Hi everyone,I used to copy an image (Ctrl+C from browser or local folder) and then paste it (Ctrl+V) directly into an image component in Figma - like for cards or avatar images - and it would automatically replace the image.But recently, this no longer works. When I try pasting, nothing happens. Now Figma only shows options like “Upload from computer” or “Make an image” (screenshot attached).I’m wondering: is this a recent change or bug in Figma?Is there still a way to paste an image directly into a component without having to upload it manually?Thanks in advance!

Hey guys, So I just started playing with Figma sites, and I’ve pulled in components from a component library I built in Figma design. The components are built with nested icon components that are setup flattened and named consistently so that I can create interactive prototypes. In Figma the buttons with nested icon buttons render properly maintaining the variable token colour assigned to them.But when I bring these components across to Figma sites. The buttons work as expected, but the nested icons appear to ignore the colour style variable overrides applied to them.In the editor I can change the variant states of the buttons and the icons appear and render as expected with the proper color rendering.But as soon as I preview or publish the site. These same components no longer render the same.Looking into the code it appears that the fill is being applied properly to the divs, but for some reason, the svg layer is ignoring this style override a

We’re trying to connect Figma’s official remote MCP server to AWS Bedrock AgentCore Gateway for an internal enterprise AI workflow.We can discover the MCP/OAuth metadata correctly, but dynamic client registration to https://api.figma.com/v1/oauth/mcp/register returns 403 Forbidden, and existing Figma PAT/service-token auth is rejected by https://mcp.figma.com/mcp because it requires the mcp:connect OAuth scope.Our use case is not a public MCP client or IDE plugin. It is a secured internal gateway that already handles Auth0 user authentication and routes to Jira, GitHub, Lucid, and Figma tools. We would like to use the official Figma MCP instead of maintaining a REST-based workaround.Is there a supported path for enterprise/internal AgentCore gateways to obtain an approved mcp:connect OAuth client, or to register an internal/private MCP client that is not listed publicly in the Figma MCP Catalog?

It seems like like if you cut (cmd-X) an element inside a slot inside an instance, and then undo it, it gets in this broken state where it doesn't bring back the element. The sidebar also odd too with a broken Position and Layout elements. Please see video attached. Steps Create a component with a nested slot inside Make an instance, and add some elements inside Cut one or several elements with Cmd-X Undo with Cmd-Z The item(s) don’t show up, and the sidebar enters a bugged state (0:22 in the video)Expected behavior: the elements should restore properly, just like outside of a slot.

There are multiple components that are not rendering properly in the Assets tab, both in the design system file where the components are hold and in files using this design system. Once copied in the design file, the problematic components are rendered as expected. (see video attached).  The render issue seems a bit random as it’s not always the same components that are rendering incorrectly. Refreshing the file sometime changes the preview of some components, now being correctly or incorrectly rendered. On the design system file, clicking on the component to open the preview popup updates the preview, showing it correctly, but this does not work on a file using this design system. However, in a file using this design system, clicking on a component to open the preview popup, then changing 1 property does render the preview correctly in this popup. Sunday May 17, 2026Noticed there are some updates to AutoLayout bc there’s new icons in the UI. I’m unable to make a responsive button. I create the button background layer shape, place the text on top, group it, turn on autolayout. By default text set to ‘hug’, button length set to ‘fixed’.Change text width to ‘fill’, then change button width to ‘hug’ and text width automatically changes to ’fixed’. I can’t get around it!!!

Just got charged 232 euros for a plan I checked multiple times and was already canceled. As far as I understood for over 6 months, this plan was already inactive and no privileges were assigned to me. I checked and this was the case in my team. Yet, I am now charged 232 euros. I need to contact the relevant department to ensure today's payment is reverted and the plan, which I thought was successfully canceled (no one has used it for over a year) is properly canceled this time.

I’ve been working on a relatively uncomplicated web project in Figma Make for 10 weeks now. For the first two months, my monthly full-dev seat supplied all the AI credits I needed for the heavy lifting of scoping and building the site out (across more than a couple design iterations).Coinciding with a 8-10 man-hour nightmare where Figma and Supabase would not connect, and the Figma AI could not figure out any solution until I fed it enough “What if’s...” that I got to the right workaround), in the last 3-4 weeks Figma Make has been burning through AI credits like a drunken sailor. For the first two months, my Figma full-dev seat spend was $20/month...and that included four or five demo projects I did to kick the tires and see what Make could do.This month? My projected Figma invoice is going to be $286.00.

I went to buy the Figma Config 2026 in-person ticket and it got sold out. Just need to buy one. 

Does anyone know if it’s possible to get hold of the Figma Android APK? I’d like to sideload it onto a device which does not have access to the Play Store in order to test a prototype in situ.
