I can’t seem to get the new raster to vector function to work, in fact, I can’t even find the secondary toolbar!The secondary toolbar is nowhere to be found in design:And it looks really different to what the people doing tutorials on this function have in draw: This would really help me right now, if anyone knows how I can get it to work please tell me

I can no longer copy one line of CSS out of dev view.I now have to use the clipboard icon to copy all the CSS and paste it into my file, then delete what I don’t need.I have added stills showing basics.I am on a Mac Sequoia 15.3.1, using Figma in Firefox Dev 139.0b5. It seems to be ok in Chrome, but that is irrelevant, unfortunately, as process is dependent on Firefox Dev.

Hey team, I’ve been facing this issue for a long time now. The typeface “Figtree” does support the ₹ glyph, but the version of Figtree that Figma is using doesn’t seem to support it. Because of this, I installed Figtree on my local machine. As per this article, fonts installed locally should take priority, but in this case, Figma’s default font is still taking precedence.When I use the Figma desktop app, the ₹ glyph is not supported, but when I switch to Figma on the web, the ₹ symbol appears correctly. Am I missing something here, or is this a bug on Figma’s end?

Help! I’m the first designer in the company for 2 years and the Figma files are all over the shop. I’m logged in as the finance woman, and have created my own work email. But how do I get access to the work files with my new Figma email?Also, and more importantly, all the files are now ‘locked’. They were editable on Friday. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I thought the AI worked for designs as well, just like https:sleek.design, but unfortunately for me, what is made, can’t be edited on Figma Design. How do I cancel this subscribtion. However, there are libraries that I need that are not shown on the list even if I search for them.Are there any settings required on our library files for it to be used in Make kits?

Hello, I haven’t received a reply for my ticket so I thought about writing here instead. I recently noticed that I have been charged $40 USD a month since January-April, without me knowing(yes it’s my fault for not being cautious of reading my bills) but I have never had a subscription and haven’t been using Figma since late December of 2025. I never received any invoice emails regarding these charges either.I have checked my account and it’s still on the Standard Free account, so what happened here? Am I not aware of a feature that would charge me or am I getting scammed by someone else? My bank account is also not connected to the billing system in Figma. If there is no problem or such I want to kindly request for a refund, at least for the last few months.It would be great if I got a reply soon since I need to deal with my bank if I am being charged from an unknown party.Thank you!

I’m running into a recurring issue where icons inside component instances appear at the wrong size or scale, but only visually. The actual properties seem correct.The only way to fix it is to:Click directly on the icon, or Cmd/Ctrl + click into the instanceAs soon as I do that, the icon “snaps” back to the correct size which suggests it’s a rendering issue rather than a constraint/setup issue.It happens across multiple components and screens The issue persists until each instance is manually interacted with Updating or publishing components doesn’t consistently fix it It seems like instances are not recalculating layout until forcedI have the same issue both on desktop app and browser.Is anyone else experiencing this?Would love to know if this is a known bug or if there’s a reliable fix.

Hi all, I’m using n8n to trigger automation when a new file version is manually created in my team.I’ve used other Figma webhooks with success but FILE_VERSION_UPDATE seems pretty inconsistent. I’ve had it triggered 2+ hours after a version is created, or no response at all.Is it a known issue? If yes, can we have a deadline on its resolve?

Hello Figma Support Team,I hope this message finds you well.I am reaching out regarding a concerning issue with my AI credit usage.Two days ago, my account had 3,000 AI credits. After using Figma’s “Make AI” feature for ca. 10 prompts, my credits dropped significantly to 1,220. Notably, my last prompt alone consumed 136 AI credits, which is unusually high.For context, this level of usage is extremely high compared to other AI tools we currently use. Under our Pro Plan, 3,000 AI credits should equate to roughly 30 prompts based on the current credit logic. Even when considering higher-tier plans, the numbers still appear disproportionate:Organization Plan: ~35 prompts × 100 AI credits Enterprise Plan: ~42–43 promptsAdditionally, 2–3 months ago, AI credit consumption was much more consistent and transparent. Prompts typically triggered alerts such as:"Used 5 AI Credits" "Used 7 AI Credits"

Been trying to contact sales, we currently have a Professiona Plan and are wainting to upgrade to Organization.
