Dear Figma Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with the cursor/hand icon in Figma Prototype Preview.When I preview my design in Figma while logged into my account, the hand cursor does not appear on clickable elements, even though the interactions are working correctly.However, when I open the same prototype in Incognito mode or in Chrome without logging into my Figma account, the hand cursor appears as expected.I have already tried troubleshooting the issue by checking and updating the relevant settings, but unfortunately, the problem still persists.Issue Summary: Problem: Hand/cursor icon is not showing on clickable elements in Prototype Preview. When I log in on figma it only shows me my team files and not the files I am working on that are shared by friends and colleagues, I can only enter them by clicking on the notifications, how can I solve this?

I created a new Figma account with the following email address [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII] I accidentally deleted the account to quickly and now I need that account again to be part of a new organisation. But now it would not allow me to use the same email address it give me a “request failed” error. Please help me fix this asap.

I reported this issue over a week ago and just received a request for a screen recording.The Bug: The Figma prototype's floating navigation obscures almost 100px of our design, completely hiding our main navigation.The Constraints: Company security policy strictly forbids sharing internal artifacts, screenshots, or screen recordings externally. I cannot provide them.The Impact: I am getting direct complaints from my Product Managers and business stakeholders. Starting today, the color picker no longer remembers my last chosen color model and reset to CSS ever time I open it. See recording.It’s the same on macOS app and in the browser (Chrome).

When i use my mouse to mark text while editing the presenter notes, and drag the mouse all the way to the left (to mark everything quickly), it skips to the next slide and takes the notes with it?? So suddenly i am at the next slide with the notes i just wrote for the previous slide. And then when I go back to the previous slide, the notes section is blank, and I have to cut and paste it back to the correct slide.This is very annoying, and breaks my work flow each time it happens.

Hi! There is an annoying thing with the Figma app window. If I have many tabs open - which I usually do -then I cannot grab the window and move it to another screen. Why don't you leave space for that? I have to close the tabs to be able to move the window. Thank you for your feedback in advance!

Hi, I have this issue in Figma Make. If I comment in one page and switch to another page, the comments still appear in all pages whenever the page is opened. 

I am not sure where I can find ALL the domains I have connected within my account, can you direct me to that page please? this is basic functionality I am guessing! Even if I have 10, I should be able to view/edit/delete certain domains, can you please provide that? Thanks! 

Im using figma make and the Copy design option is missing in one of my Figma Make files, so I cannot copy the preview as editable layers into Figma Design.I have a Full seat in a Professional team, and Copy design is available in other Make files in the same team. The affected file’s preview loads correctly. I also duplicated the file, but the option is missing in the duplicate.

Thanks everyone,Here is my setup visual. I wish to set up this component with 3 properties. I can successfully set up 2, but the third continues to not work. The problem property is the icon/light-forest layer. I want that to be another Nested instance, just like the hex-color layer. Every time I try, I get the “Not used within component” error, and it doesn’t show up as a Nested instance when I try to link it. I don’t understand what I’m doing incorrectly.-Chris

Description:I've created a library file containing many components. In the same file, I've also created several website page templates to test those components.The issue arises when the component is published and linked to a new file. In the new file, the instance's default variant interaction changes and no longer references its parent component. This happens with more than one component from the library. In the video I've linked, the component I'm demonstrating is the Checkbox component, but this issue also occurs with Button and others. I checked all the problematic components in the library and found no irregularities, such as inconsistent variant naming or similar issues.I then tried unpublishing and republishing the library, and this made the instance work normally again after updating. However, oddly, when I copy and paste the component from the library file into a new file (to duplicate the component), the same issue persists.I initially thought the library might be too large.

Whenever I type ‘n’ in the presenter’s notes section, it bugs out by pushing me to the next slide due to the shortcut ‘n’ I guess. Is there a way I can patch this quickly / easily (other than avoiding ‘n’ in my notes….)This is also happening when I try to move up and down words / sentences in the notes with left and right arrow and I’m pushed to the previous or next slide. It’s driving me crazy :(   Thank you!

I accidentally clicked the Agent icon, and now I can’t figure out how to close or dismiss it. The popup is very intrusive and gets in the way of my workspace, which makes it quite frustrating to use Figma.Could you please provide an easy way to close the Agent popup or prevent it from appearing unintentionally? TL/DR: Nested components aren’t propagating updates correctly. Looking to debug or find a solution that avoids resetting the component instances.I have a parent component that’s used across hundreds of frames, with a nested logo component sourced from a shared company library. When the company updates a logo variant in the master library, the nested logo in my parent component doesn’t update automatically.Resetting the nested logo instance in the parent master fixes it there, but existing instances of the parent still show the old logo. Resetting each instance of the parent component makes the logo update, but also removes its custom dimensions, which I need to preserve. I also want to avoid manual resets, as these updates happen frequently. These assets are used across digital marketing assets with all different dimensions, so the instances appear at many different sizes & manually resetting across hundreds of assets would be extremely tedious.Is there a way to propagate the updat

I am running into a frustrating issue where my nested auto-layout containers refuse to resize dynamically when switching between desktop and mobile viewport presets. Whenever the frame scales down, the primary navigation text wraps unexpectedly and forces adjacent button components outside the visible canvas instead of respecting the fill container rules. Has anyone encountered similar inheritance glitches with nested auto-layout groups, and what is the best way to maintain clean responsiveness without rebuilding each screen variant from scratch?

Hello!Variable fonts that contain an `AVAR` version 2 table will not respect the table’s values. Version 1 AVAR works fine afaik. Currently Figma completely ignores the table’s data and renders the variable font location based solely on the slider locations, whereas the current table spec allows for a location to map to multiple axes. e.g. input weight:400, width:100 => output weight:365, width:95 Currently AVAR2 is supported in most browsers and harfbuzz-based applications.
