I’m not sure what to do here. I copied it exactly from Google Maps. I don’t really want to post my address publicly to find out what the issue is.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to the community.

Can you clarify what you intend to? Are you trying to subscribe a plan?
We usually see that an address doesn’t validate because it doesn’t exactly match the address’s official spelling or formatting in the national database. I recommend checking the following details:

  • The address or city isn’t misspelled
  • The zip code matches the address
  • The address uses both lines appropriately. For example, if you have an apartment or unit number in the first address line, move it to the second line
  • Details like “Road” or “Street” are properly spelled out or abbreviated to “Rd” or “St” - you can Google the address to check which is the appropriate formatting.

If this still doesn’t help, please let me know and I will redirect you to the support team so they can investigate directly with you via email!
