Video added to the component, has been set for the audio to be off but the audio continues to play during Prototype playback.

Can you try clearing out the cache? Also please try to force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window (or force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it.)
If this is not solving your issue, are you able provide a direct link to the file so I can take a look directly in the file? Please invite support-share@figma.com with “can edit” permission so we can look into this further? Note that users with @figma.com emails on your team do not count towards your billing.
If you’re unsure on how to invite someone to a file, please follow these steps:
- Click the “Share” button at the top-right corner of the Editor
- In the next window, type support-share@figma.com into the text box
- Select the “can edit” permission option
- Click the “Send invite” button
