Hello guys, I’m trying to activate the Figma Education plan but I’m stuck: Attempting to verify shows “Verification Limit Exceeded.” I reached out to SheerID, and they responded they were unable to process my request and that the ticket is permanently closed. So I can’t retry from their side. I also tried to email Figma education team but still got no response at this point. Thank you so much

Unable to Verify Student Account and SheerID is unable to process

Hello guys,

I’m trying to activate the Figma Education plan but I’m stuck:

Attempting to verify shows “Verification Limit Exceeded.”
I reached out to SheerID, and they responded they were unable to process my request and that the ticket is permanently closed. So I can’t retry from their side.
I also tried to email Figma education team but still got no response at this point.
