Hi, 

I had the same problems for more than 2 weeks and nothing was solved

And currently I cannot even process to the form. This one pop up when I entered the program and year of graduate. 

I tried to contact both education team, figma support team and SheerID to try to verify but did not really get any help 

Please check and tell me anything I need to do to verify my education account

Since the original post, there have been a few improvements that should help get this sorted out. Please try the following steps and let us know if you’re still having any difficulty:

1. If you’re seeing a “Verification Limit Exceeded” message, submit an appeal directly to SheerID with additional documentation. Their team will review your submission and confirm if it can be approved.
2. If you’ve already sent extra documents and SheerID said they couldn’t process them, reply to their message and CC education@figma.com so the Figma Education team can assist.
