I am currently experiencing an issue where the latest updated Figma UI is not being applied on my laptop. Despite trying various methods, including reinstalling the Figma app from the official website and using Figma on Chrome, I am unable to access the latest version of the UI. I have already ensured that I am using the latest versions of all software on my device. Could you please help me resolve this issue?"

Hey there! UI3 will be rolling out gradually to users over the next few months. Figma will send you a notification when it’s your turn to explore the new UI.


If you’re concerned you might have missed the onboarding, simply click on the “?” in the lower right-hand corner, to bring up “Help and resources.” Here, look for the option “Use new UI (in beta).” If it’s not there yet, your access is coming soon. You will receive a confirmation email once you’ve been granted access.

yeah it’s taking longer than they communicated due to all the negative feedback they’ve received. They stopped the rollout until they address obvious problems 🙂
