Unable to reverify Figma Education

Hi everyone,

​I'm having trouble reverifying my Figma Education status and hoping to get advice or assistance from support/community members who have faced a similar issue.

​I submitted the required documentation to confirm my current enrollment, but my application was rejected, and I have now reached the maximum number of automated submission attempts via SheerID.

​Documents Submitted:

​School ID: Provided (note: my university does not print expiration dates on physical IDs, which SheerID lists as an unacceptable standalone document).

​Certificate of Registration: Submitted for the current semester showing my active student status, full name, and institution details.

​Tuition Receipt: Submitted to show proof of payment and current term enrollment.

​Despite providing official documents showing my active enrollment for this term, the automated system flags the attempt as insufficient or expired, likely due to the lack of an expiration date on the ID card itself.
