Hello Figma Community,

I’m currently a design student and I was re-verifying my student education plan because of the new update and features but when I tried to re-verify my account, my ending screen would be

Verification Limit Exceeded

We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.

I don’t know if my re-verification went through because before it would say “we’re having troubles please verify later” so I tried it a couple of days later and got the “verification limit exceeded” screen.

 

If anyone knows a solution that would be amazing! Thanks!

I understand you're seeing the "Verification Limit Exceeded" error while trying to re-verify your education status.

 

Since the verification process for higher education students is fully managed by our partner, SheerID, the best course of action is to contact their support team directly.

You can reach them here: SheerID Contact Form

 

They’ll be able to reset your verification attempts and help resolve the error so you can complete the process.

In the meantime, you’ll still have access to your existing files, and once your verification is approved, your Education plan benefits will continue without interruption.
