The problem is in one file, in the desktop application.
A restart or re-login did not work.
The right sidebar is visible but empty, has anyone had a similar problem?

In the past, when users have run into this issue, they are stuck between an edit and view-only state. I suggest asking the owner of the file to check your permissions, ensure you have the correct edit access then re-share the file.
