Sharing file link, can't get link in format figma.com/file/

Good day!
I need link to my project/frame in format figma.com/file/…, but when sharing Figma only gives me Free Design Tool for Websites, Product Design & More | Figma… or .com/proto/… formats. How can i get link in figma.com/file/… format?
