I am very disappointed to see that this payment was deducted from my account without my approval. I had no intention of making this purchase, and I did not authorize this charge in any way.


I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized transaction and request the cancellation of the subscription. I only intended to purchase 3 seats, but I was mistakenly charged for 11 seats on October 22, 2024. How did this happen?


I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. If a full refund is not possible, please switch my subscription to a monthly plan and refund the remainder after the charge.

Hey @developer5 , sorry to hear you are having issues with your billing. This usually happens because there are added seats outside the original annual agreement.

You also have the option to set up email notifications to receive an alert when a full seat is upgraded and/or change the default role in your organization’s admin settings from “Viewer” to “Viewer - Restricted” so that only admins can upgrade new collaborators to be paid full seats.
