Hi, I deleted my account because I accidentally saved my last name incorrectly and I couldn't change it to be written exactly as my student id to be verified for the educational plan, However I'm currently trying to create a new account using the same email, and it sends me a message "your request has failed".... Why is this happening? and when will be the suitable time for signing up again as I am in the run-up to a deadline, and I’ve already tried
- Opening an incognito/private browsing window
- Trying a different browser
- Switching the wifi to mobile data
- Disable any VPNs or browser extensions as mentioned before, I hope someone from Figma can come across this as fast as possible please, thank you
