Prototype video doesn't play on devices

Hi guys,
What is the reason my prototype video doesn’t play on different devices?
The video is in MP4 format and is of the proper size.
I have a Xiaomi 11, and it plays perfectly on it in Chrome. However, the same prototype doesn’t start the video on the Sony Xperia 10 in Chrome; it starts in Mozilla, but there it is broken and distorted. Please, help!

    For iPhone users, a temporary solution is to use an app called ‘Proto’ for Figma, available on the App Store. Videos in the prototypes work as expected with Proto.

    Hey all - just wanted to drop a quick update to let you know that there is a bug ticket file for this to be investigated, but I do not currently have a timeline I can offer at the moment.

    @SabJ From what I know at the moment, there is still no estimated time on when this will be addressed. Apologies I don’t have a better answer at this time.
