Please what frame is okay to use when creating a website

This really depends on what screen/browser sizes you want to design for. Ideally a webdesign should be responsive, and adapt to the most common screen sizes. I personally usually go for a variety; desktop, ipad and phone - you can choose from a lot of preset frames in the frame panel.
