Payment policy of a seat for Figma dev mode

Dear Figma Support,

Could you please clarify the payment policy for shared Dev Mode seats within the Professional plan? We require at least 3 Dev Mode seats as of February 1st, 2024.

Specifically, we need to know:

  1. Shared Licenses: Is it possible to move Dev Mode seats between different developers, effectively creating shared licenses?
  2. Pricing: What is the additional cost per Dev Mode seat under the Professional plan?

Thanks for reaching out to the community!

  1. From the latest update, Dev Mode seat would act like any other Editor seat, which is first come first serve.
  2. Dev Mode and Figma for VS Code are available as part of the editor seat for the Professional plan ($12 per seat per month). We don’t have a standalone developer offering planned for the Professional plan.
