Passing verification as a student

Good afternoon!

One of our students cannot pass the verification to use the Education plan. The system does not allow you to select a date (it`s saying Please select a month/a year). She tried to set the date +2 years and +1.5 years, but nothing works. Could you tell me what date to choose?
