My figma doesnt get updated?

My Figma desktop doesn’t get updated. I checked the solutions in the community and tried them all. I cleared the cache and uninstall the app many times also check the update on Figma app. but it doesn’t work. I’m getting mad with this problem. Please help me to update my Figma to 2024 version. Thanks.
Also when i get the modal of the update available i press install now it doean’t work too. even i get this modal rarely.

Hey everyone,
Thanks for your interest on UI3! Due to high interest, we’ve moved from waitlist to a multi-week rollout. We’re taking this approach so that we can collect your feedback and make adjustments along the way.

This means that UI3 and Figma AI are now rolling out gradually to all users over the coming months —regardless of waitlist status, plan, or seat type. These closed beta features will be introduced independently over the coming months, so it’s possible for a user to gain access to UI3 before Figma AI. Thank you for your patience as we roll out these exciting new updates!

On my recently thread. Moderator was reply UI3 will roll-out in a month. That means UI3 not rolling out for all user in a same time. You and me are the same, not in lists for now.

Maybe for maintain reason, they expand for time by time.

But for my account was stay with UI2 version.

Just got updated to version 124.3.2 – STILL no UI3.

I don’t think you guys are handling this rollout correctly.
In my organization, I’m literally the only person who actually uses Figma. Everyone else is a product person who just looks at stuff, or engineers who pluck specs out of it.
Yet, it seems that everyone else in my org has the new UI…whenever they share they’re screens in Zoom calls, I see it.
So I get it that you’re rolling it out thoughtfully, but it makes no sense that mere viewers of my Figma files have the new UI, and me - the one and only guy (who is the owner of the account, by the way), isn’t getting the rollout.
C’mon guys…what’s the hold up?

I’m experiencing the same issue. Despite being on the waitlist, my update still hasn’t gone through. Meanwhile, other employees in the company who didn’t even register are already experiencing UI3. The update policy and implementation speed of Figma are frustratingly slow and poor.

Same as mine here.

My colleagues seldom used it got updated instantly. While as a daily user, I am still waiting.😦

yes same for me. it’s frustrating to be the only designer unable to use the new UI3 in my org. it has been 3 months! com on!

Hi, have the same problem. Still struglle with an old version of workspace, with menu bar on the top left. Desktop app says that there are no updates available. I tried all the ways, different devices, downloading the app again, downloaded it with the clean mac. Within the same desktop app, with different e-mail I can see the newest version, but I’d like to be able to work with my account e-mail address.

Hi ​@adkie, thanks for chiming in here! 

To clarify, this is an older topic. We made UI3 available for all users on October 10, 2024. I just replied to your other topic, but I’ll post it again here, since it sounds like you need to manually switch to UI3. 
 

Within a Figma file, click on the Help ? icon in the lower, right-hand corner then select Use new UI (in beta) from the menu.
