Manage users in starter

Question

As per this article I should be able to find a Members icon in All Projects but I am unable to find such icon.
Another strange issue is that when I go to the project and click share then I see that it is shared with “Anyone in adsviewer team” and that the team consists of 6 members (which is correct). But then when I go to a file and click share I see the same “Anyone in adsviewer team” but then next to it it has only 1 member (the owner). I have verified that this file can be accessed by multiple people.
Thoughts?

Thanks for clarifying!Our Help Center instructions seem to be out of date. I’ll be sure to flag this over to our team to update.You can find your Members tab by clicking on the All projects > ⌄ > View SettingsFrom there, it will open a Settings window, where you can then select the Members tab:

Hey @Tech_AdsViewer, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed reply!

Are you still having issues seeing your Members? From what I can see on the backend, you have 2 editors for adsviewer team. Do you know if everyone accepted their team invite?

Members who have yet to accept an invitation to the team should show up as Pending in the Members tab. You can also resend invitations to your team, as needed from there.
