Is there anyone working at FIGMA? It’s impossible to contact the support and sales teams!

This is absolutely mind boggling. Figma has people lined up to give them money and nobody can be bothered to figure out how to take it. SMH

I’ve been trying to get someone to get me into my paid Org account for the past week!!! How have people been able to get assistance from Figma?
