I’ve just checked and wasn’t able to find a support ticket. Can you please give me your ticket number from your support ticket? Or DM me your email address you used to contact our sales team please?

Hi Gayani, I did not get a ticket number for my support ticket but I am trying to figure out whether or not I need to purchase “design seats” if I am just using the whiteboard tool. I use the FigJam for tutoring. How do I DM on here?

I am having the same issue, I need to contact someone on the support team. I had our account admin is no longer working for our organization and we need a new admin to be added with new payment information.

It was quite funny to find this thread, because I’ve been trying to contact Figma sales for the last three (or four?) months. I even tried to creating a support ticket, and they promised to forward my request to their sales team… but still no luck.

Is there any change to contact sales? I’d like to switch to the Org plan. It looks like Figma fired their sales team.

Hey, it’s still happening, we are not sure if the whole figma support team is on winter holiday, but we had like 3 reported issues and it has been more than a week now and no response. We have the professional subscription and it is time sensitive issues we are having regarding a file.

Can anyone let us know what is happening or if figma support working as it should? Looking at the previous messages it looks concerning.

This is all the feedback we get from figma, no confirmation email or ticket nr.

Hi I’m having the same issue. I completed the contact form Jan 16th regarding pricing with no response or confirmation. I also called and left a message on the support number. Our team is looking to setup a license and we have not been able to contact anyone.

I’m having the same issue. We’re trying to give Figma a significant increase in monthly dues and I can’t get anyone to respond to my contact requests. Very annoying.
