It was quite funny to find this thread, because I’ve been trying to contact Figma sales for the last three (or four?) months. I even tried to creating a support ticket, and they promised to forward my request to their sales team… but still no luck.
Is there any change to contact sales? I’d like to switch to the Org plan. It looks like Figma fired their sales team.

Hey, it’s still happening, we are not sure if the whole figma support team is on winter holiday, but we had like 3 reported issues and it has been more than a week now and no response. We have the professional subscription and it is time sensitive issues we are having regarding a file.
Can anyone let us know what is happening or if figma support working as it should? Looking at the previous messages it looks concerning.
This is all the feedback we get from figma, no confirmation email or ticket nr.

I’m having the same issue. We’re trying to give Figma a significant increase in monthly dues and I can’t get anyone to respond to my contact requests. Very annoying.
