Is there any way to revert the outline stroke shortcut to how it used to be?

A while ago I got a prompt that the outline stroke shortcut was now going to show outlines in one of the Figma updates. The dialog asked if I wanted to have it show outlines (new way) or keep it as outlining stroke (old way).

I was clicking too fast and chose the new way, and now regret my choice. Is there any way to make Cmd+Shift+O outline strokes instead of showing outlines again?

Hi @Martin_Parets, Thanks for reaching out about Outline stroke shortcut.

Rest assured, our teams are aware that not everyone may want to adopt this change, there’s a way to switch “Outline stroke” shortcut to Command+Shift+O. This setting will also change the “Show outlines” shortcut to Shift +O:

  1. In your Figma design file, open the Main Menu
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Select “Use old shortcuts for outlines”

You can check the details here: View layer outlines in Figma design - Show outlines

Hope it helps. Thanks again for reaching out!
