Here I mistakenly added a few annual seats, but I actually only need 12 annual seats. Later on, I received the payment bill, but I couldn’t find the operation entrance to remove those seats that are not applicable.
Don’t tell me anymore to solve the issue by changing permissions in the member list, it’s useless, as the additional annual seats are not being used by any members at all.

Our team has informed you, that you can only reduce the number of seats on your annual subscription during the 30-day window before your annual renewal.
On your next annual renewal you would be able to reduce seats. Our team has given you the dates for your next annual renewal in their response. Please take a look when you have a moment. We’ll also send you an email reminder at that time.
