On your next annual renewal you would be able to reduce seats. Our team has given you the dates for your next annual renewal in their response. Please take a look when you have a moment. We’ll also send you an email reminder at that time.

Hello, does this mean that the annual renewal fee will only be deducted for those who have full seats? I made a mistake and added extra annual seats, and he will deduct the fee today.

On annual subscriptions, adjustments like reducing seats can only be made during the before your renewal date. Figma will send any billing contacts a reminder 30 days before the renewal date. You can remove any members who no longer need access.
Currently, anyone with editing access (a “full seat”) is billed, and this applies to the remaining seats on your plan at renewal. I know it can be frustrating to have added extra seats by mistake, and I recommend reviewing your team setup before the renewal to ensure it aligns with your needs.
