Horrendous UI impeding on my work

Could someone please help me fix these oversized icons? I’ve been using this for a sprint and it is killing my productivity.

I’m in Chrome on the web browser. This doesn’t help as I’m not seeing these options.

If you know the shortcuts(S, T, M) and seldom use all toolbar features, you can hide the UI using cmd+/ or from View Menu.
It’s a learning curve to remember the shortcuts, but this has helped me quite a bit.

The tilde key (~) also works to hide the UI in design mode, but doesn’t work in FigJam mode for some reason.
