Help. Trying to stretch the frame only but other components are stretched with it

When I try to stretch the frame, other components are also stretched, as you can see in my screen shots. I only want to edit the frame. How can I do it?

Set the correct constraints and resize the frames. Or:

I want to resize the frame because I realized I have to add more items below. But I do not want anything I have already designed to move. However, when I try to add to increase the frame height then everything starts to move on the frame. So I stopped and I am trying to rebuild the whole frame. However I am sure that there is a solution for this. Kindly help!

Set the correct constraints and resize the frames. Or:

Do you want to resize the frame ignoring the constraints? Hold Cmd/Ctrl and drag the border of the frame.

two years after: this helped me!! Thanks
