Question

Figma lost all my settings when it goes into preview mode

Can anyone help? I’ve been developing the Figma screens which have been working fine when viewing in prototype mode (e.g. on a specific device) but suddenly when I now run the preview mode, all the settings seem to be lost and the components come out all over the show on the preview screen. Any ideas how to fix?

Figma has been wonky all day today. Hopefully it is something that will right itself. Are you using desktop or browser? If desktop, have you ever cleared the cache in your Figma?

Thanks. So you think this could be on Figma’s side. Hopefully the case - each time I run it in prototype I get a different placement of all the images etc on the screen. Very odd. I’ve tried clearing my cache but no luck - any other ideas?

Looks like it WAS Figma wonkiness. I saw so many posts about it yesterday it had to be. Every year their efforts on the Config conference screws up the product for the day.

Hope it worked out for ya!
