Figma interactive component (overlay) doesn't work across pages?

Question

Does figma do not support overlay prototype components in different pages? Or I am doing something wrong? I created button component with hover overlay effect (prototype) of listed menu items, hoverver If I use same component button in different PAGE drop down menu overlay doesn’t work. Is this a bug or figma doesn’t support prototypes across the pages?
I use firefox, it doesn’t work on app either

Hey All, sorry for the trouble!It currently isn’t possible to create a prototype across the pages of your file, but this is already on our radar for the future.Feel free to add your feedback for the team and vote here:              Create one prototype across the pages in a file Share an idea        I would love to be able to create one prototype across the pages in a file that resembles an actual website. This would be ideal for bigger projects and would be easier to maintain as well. We can connect the component libraries across all the pages anyways. A way to connect the prototype would be great in my opinion and that will give Figma a big leg up on other platforms. What do you guys think?

Same problem here…I need to call an overlay from my componentand bring this component with the overlay interaction to my main prototype page…Right now I have to create multiples prototype switch case pages to call the same overlay interaction one by oneMy case is an overlay dropdown menu - would like to call it in the component prototype not in the main prototype page…How we can make this a feature request?
