Eyedropper Tool Not Working?

I am running into an issue where the eyedropper tool for picking colors is not working correctly / doesn’t work.

    Sorry to hear this is happening. Can you share a quick video recording when you are trying to use the eyedropper tool? It will help us to better visualise and understand the issue. Thank you!

    Celine has been out sick, but I’m happy to jump back into this for you.

    I’m not able to duplicate this behavior on my end. What OS are you using? Is this happening both in app and using the browser?

    It’s only in the app, but now it’s solved. Thank you for your response. @dvaliao
